Job Description

• Conduct professional aesthetic consultations to understand clients’ concerns and goals
• Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and skincare regimes in accordance with clinic protocols
• Explain procedures, risks, aftercare, and expected outcomes clearly to clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage treatment continuity
• Achieve individual and team sales targets ethically and professionally 
• Perform approved aesthetic treatments (e.g. facials, laser/IPL, body slimming, RF, skin rejuvenation)
• Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures (e.g. injectables, lasers, medical facials) when required
• Ensure all treatments are delivered safely, hygienically, and according to SOPs
• Maintain accurate treatment records and before-after documentation
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables before procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within treatment areas
• Manage basic equipment checks and report technical issues promptly
• Support clinic operations including appointment scheduling and client flow when needed
• Adhere strictly to clinic protocols, MOH guidelines, and ethical standards
• Participate in training, product knowledge updates, and continuous skill development

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, Nursing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical aesthetic clinic environment
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
• Comfortable performing hands-on aesthetic treatments and consultations
• Sales-driven mindset with a professional and ethical approach
• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-centric
